2.Box forming process

The inner and outer panels, the heat insulation layer and the plywood frame are bonded to each other by polyurethane structural adhesive through the vacuum platform under negative pressure to make independent plates. Bottom plate: the bottom plate of rectangular aluminum guide rail is pasted with anticorrosive and waterproof plywood under the inner plate, and the outer plate is made of glass steel plate, and the middle is filled with a extruded polystyrene foam insulation layer. The insulation layer density of this part is 35 ~ 40 (kg/m). Embedded bottom plate is connected with reinforcing bar (integral welding frame) and square supporting wood to ensure the insulation performance and impact strength of the bottom plate.
3.Box back door process

4.Hang the meat guide
